CHADD Housing Services LTD

The Churches Housing Association of Dudley & District – better known as CHADD is a small charitable Housing Association providing a range of housing options for people who need support to enable them to live in the community. CHADD is a small and highly specialist organisation that provides accommodation and services for:

  • Young people and ex offenders
  • Victims of domestic abuse
  • Older people
  • People with mental ill health
  • People with learning disabilities

CHADD was formed in 1979 by a group of Christian volunteers under the leadership of the Bishop of Dudley to meet special areas of housing need, which had been identified in the Borough.
